It is still has to prove by the scientist that calcium rich foods case constipation. However people have complained that after taking dairy products which are calcium rich cause constipation. The milk and yogurt causes constipation in children. You can face lose of stools too. There are people who take yogurt so that they can get rid of the constipation. Cheese also causes constipation due to lack of fiber. It also contains low water.. The milk which is fermented can cause constipation so try to avid it. So it is right that calcium rich foods cause constipation when you take in large quantity.
